What is an MLS QR code?
An MLS QR code is a QR code tied to a specific MLS listing. Scanning it opens that property's details on the buyer's phone. The most useful versions link to an agent-branded page that stays in sync with the MLS and captures the buyer's contact information, rather than to a portal that routes the inquiry to other agents.
How to get a QR code for your MLS listings

Listings import

Why not point the QR code at Zillow or the MLS public page?
It's the fastest option, but it gives the buyer away. On the big portals, an inquiry from your own listing can be routed to a paid “premier” agent. Public MLS pages rarely capture contact information at all. You paid for the sign — you should get the lead.
A QR RealEstate listing page shows the same MLS data under your branding and asks the buyer to verify with Google, email, or a text code before showing full details. The verified lead goes only to you, plus your co-branded lender if you've added one.

MLS rules and QR codes on signage
Most MLSs let listing agents put a QR code on their own yard signs and marketing. Rules vary on what the linked page may display, especially for IDX data about other brokers' listings.
