Text Messaging Program

QR RealEstate (qr-realestate.com), operated by SparkSMB LLC, lets real estate agents put a QR code on their listing signs and flyers. Home buyers who scan it can ask for the property's details, and the listing agent can follow up with them by text. Texts come from our toll-free number, (833) 605-9774, and each one names the agent and QR RealEstate.
How buyers opt in
Buyers opt in on the property page they reach by scanning the listing QR code. Entering a phone number is optional; buyers can use their email instead. Directly under the phone number field, before the buyer submits, the page shows:
By entering your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from [Agent Name] via QR RealEstate about this property, including a verification code and follow-up messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
A buyer who texts VIEW and the code printed on a sign gets one reply with a link to that property page. Follow-up texts start only after they confirm on that page, which shows the same consent text.
What you'll receive
- A link to the property you asked about
- Follow-up texts from the listing agent about that property, such as open house times, showing availability, and similar homes for sale

Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies by agent, typically a few messages in the weeks after you ask about a property. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts; you'll get one confirmation and nothing more. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email support@qr-realestate.com. Consent to receive texts isn't a condition of any purchase.
